Tanya Bartholomew received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has extensive experience with children of all ages. Her experience includes teaching, raising her own children, and when not working on her degree, she works in school administration where she often called into classrooms during a crisis to assist in de-escalation with coping skills for students with special needs.

This workshop is designed for caregivers to give them tools and support when faced with the challenges of having a child with anxiety.
We will explore what childhood anxiety may look like and provide strategies to maneuver the daily challenges that come with having a child struggling with anxiety.
Our approach is strength-based, which is to explore and build on your skills, knowledge, resilience and abilities you already possess.
We will discuss what a day looks like when triggers bring on emotions for you and your child and explore goals and coping skills that are individual to your family.
If you have a child that may be experiencing anxiety and you are looking for ways you can help them, then please join us to learn more about the signs, stressors and ways to manage and live with anxiety.
Workshops are all online via zoom and we encourage you to join and make connections with others that may be experiencing the same challenges.
